London’s Labour Mayor, Sadiq Khan wants to extend the Ultra Low Emissions Zone up to the North Circular Road. He’s proposed delaying it’s introduction to 2021, but it will mean 6 year old diesel cars and older petrol models paying £12.50 a day to drive in the zone.
