The development of the new hospital that the Conservative Government is funding at Whipps Cross is proceeding apace. The planning application has gone into Waltham Forest Council for the new hospital and 1500 flats on the rest of the site.
The concerns raised by your Conservative Councillors still need to be resolved. The main ones being the reduction in beds, reduction in car parking with no increase or improvement to transport links.
Your Conservative Councillors have secured an independent report on the reduction of beds and the reasoning for it, as there does not seem to be a good case made for a reduction in beds.
We are hoping Labour controlled Waltham Forest will listen.
