Many constituents across Chingford have contacted me regarding Royal Mail deliveries. I've raised the issues of constituents not receiving post for weeks and in some cases months with Royal Mail directly.
I've received an update from Royal Mail regarding deliveries in the E4 postcode. Whilst Royal Mail assure me that they are working hard to improve service levels, I am very concerned that constituents are missing important hospital appointments due to the ongoing delays.
I have requested a virtual meeting with the Royal Mail management team where I will be raising these issues with them and will continue to press for an immediate service improvement for our area.
